Victory Outreach is a faith based addiction treatment center located in Cape Town. This rehab has been saving lives for more than 50 years. It is the brainchild of a church, but now has affiliations with over 300 churches in 30 countries.
The purpose of this outreach is to turn lives around; to help former drug addicts find a new life, and for them to become examples to other people, to show them that it is possible to have a turn around- and that a good life is still possible.

Creating Effective Families is a home that provides protection and healing for women who have become drug addicts, or who have been abused and mistreated. The home also provides empowerment in the form of skill acquisition; which is designed to help the women be self sufficient, and at the same time take their minds off drugs.
This center dates back to 1986, but its form has been expanded recently, making it one of the foremost rehabilitation centers in Cape Town.
